Is there anywhere in your life that could use a bit more grace and ease?
The guidance I offer has been developed through a life long reverence that there was something much larger than myself at play. I was drawn to my grandmother's strong influence in Catholicism although my mother was open and encouraging of my making of natural altars, exploring any gathering that would let me in the door or belief system I could explore through the intimacy only the interaction with a book can provide. For me, the spark is everything and it is found when we connect deeply with ourselves, other and natural living. Although Meditative CoreWork and the A,B,C,D process are the anchors to the template, my offering is to work with you to spark new perspectives for the potential of a bit more grace and ease through transitional times of life.
The past 2 years, I have been developing BRM as a traveling metaphysician and Dudiest Ordained Minister ( a space where we take our Taoism seriously, yet it's like, our opinion man). I come from a mentored polymath background of education, study and work with a strong emphasis on personal and organizational support in clinical settings. Black Raven Meditation is a template teaching environment developed through my own journey of responsibilities throughout the eco-systems on my path. My background of traditional and unconventional opportunities offers a safe and welcoming environment for all backgrounds and conditions.
As a guide, I invite participants to gently turn the light inward and explore through two main anchors:
Meditative Core Work where participants are guided into a meditative state that allows them to access, acknowledge and lovingly dissolve things that may still be physically trapped in the body. This allows participants to empower themselves in releasing the past without having to tell the story. You, the participant, are the healer.
A,B,C,D is the process of creating a default stage of mindfulness through triggered attention. It allows the nervous system, emotional and mental processes to start working together from a more peaceful state. Through repetition, we build inner capacity to grow.

Breath- Take a breath and drop it into the heart
Collaborate - Still wise voice
Do- Do the next right thing

With a complimentary background in mental health, life transitions, formal and self studies along with an eclectic personal background I inform a program that blends traditional wisdom with contemporary insights to our changing world. This fusion is meant to inspire thought and a curiosity leading to a powerful framework for personal reconnection. Inviting all who come to simply take a breath, connect deeply with themselves and nature, and welcome the presence of every moment.
